1/21/2020 · Now let’s explore the difference between the very popular Benjamin Moore Edgecomb Gray and Agreeable Gray . Edgecomb Gray has an LRV of 63 a hair under AG’s 60. Edgecomb Gray is a greige that is beige with a little gray in it. Unlike AG, Edgecomb Gray doesn’t have any sneaky undertones that may sometimes turn up.
5/22/2020 · This is another pairing that often comes up with clients. Everyone always wants to see how Edgecomb Gray vs. Accessible Beige SW 7036 compares. Accessible Beige is more warm-toned than EG. The LRV of Accessible Beige is 58 which is slightly lower than Edgecomb Gray ’s 63.88. Accessible Beige is more of a beige color with gray undertones.
Benjamin Moore Revere Pewter and Benjamin Moore Edgecomb Gray (HC-173) are very similar greige paint colors but, when you see the two paint colors next to one another you can see that Revere Pewter is much more saturated. There is significantly more brown in Revere Pewter.
Anyway, Agreeable Gray and Edgecomb Gray keep floating to the top as my favorite picks. I should mention the exposure for most of the space is northwest. I’ve got a lot of big windows, but have a heavily tree’d yard, so the natural lighting in my home is not great.
